Completed in 2021, the 3245 Hollis Street project was the new construction of 10 luxury condos in five detached buildings. The project is located in West Oakland, along the Emeryville border, a transportation hub with convenient access the major East Bay freeways and the Bay Bridge to San Francisco.

The project architect was LDP Architecture and the contractor was DCI Construction.
